What is the estimate Turnaround time of the branded Keyrings?

·         Express turnaround time 3 working days is available for selected style

·         24 hours turnaround time is available on selected style with additional cost

·         Standard turnaround for printed key tags is 2 weeks from final artwork approval

I need the key rings very urgently, is there anything you can do?

Selected metal keyrings with laser engraving corporate logo has a express turnaround of 24 hours from final artwork approval plus delivery time. However this service is available with an extra cost.

I want to place an order, what should I do?

All you need to do is 2 steps, contact us and email your artwork file through. Please note our payment policy is full payment before item dispatched. To avoid any delay, please pay before then.

When you say artwork, what type of file I need to provide?

For branded Keyrings, we need the artwork file of your logo to be in either Adobe Vector EPS or Ai format. In some occasion, high resolution JPEG will be sufficient. These files can easily obtained from the graphic designer of your logo.

If you are having difficulties in  obtaining the files, that is also fine. We will ask our external Graphic Designer to redraw the logo with an extra cost.

Any discount on the price for large order quantity?

Yes, as you have noticed on the web. There are different price brackets for various order quantity. Prices WILL GO DOWN with larger order quantity.

Will you do price Match?

Yes we will do price match! Just let us know the price and the source, and we will Match it or Beat it.

Do you accept oversea order?

Yes we do!! Please contact us for a quote on the oversea freight cost.
